description
Internal and external refurbishment of the communal areas of the Retirement Living Scheme - Combe Bank, Brixham; including minor demolition and re-modelling, Asbestos removal, installation of new doors, installation of new electrical installations and rendering. All works detailed in Section 3 - Schedule of Works and shown on attached drawings.
The upgrade of the Boiler Plant Room as detailed within Specification 1.b ad Section 3 - Schedule of Works.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
