description

The Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) is looking to develop a comprehensive long term plan for decarbonising industrial and related supply chain activity and to provide a carbon budget for the region which can be achieved over the short medium and longer term.

The work should develop a set of practical scenarios for the development of a low carbon economy with identified and costed proposals for delivery of the elements and an assessment of the economic and environmental benefits.

The intention is to use the results to put forward the case for low carbon investment in the region and to support engagement with industry and government as well as respond to emerging policies.
