South Holland District Council are seeking a contractor for phase 3 of the refurbishment works to the Sheep Market Toilets in Spalding. During these works, the contractor should make every effort to keep the newly installed Changing Places Toilet (installing in phase 2 - January 2024) open to the public for as much time as possible during the phase 3 refurbishment and keep any full building closure down to an absolute minimum.

The Contractor will be required to submit a detailed works programme showing key dates & milestones on how they propose to achieve this, and this must be submitted in as part of their tender submission.
