The London Borough of Hillingdon invites organisations with the appropriate skills & experience, resources and financial standing to tender for the design and construction of concrete surfaced skate areas in two parks within the Borough. The works are being tendered as two separate lots and the Council reserves the right to award contracts to more than one organisation.
Additional information:
The Council has disclosed the maximum possible budgets available and will evaluate the tenders that it receives on the basis of 80% Quality and 20% Price. The proposed design, the experience of contractors, methodology, programme and guarantees are the factors to be considered as part of the quality evaluation.
