Estates Professional Services Framework

The University is seeking to establish a framework agreement for estates professional services across the following disciplines, the tender has been split into the following lots:

Lot 1 - Architectural Design and associated services including CDM

Lot 2 - Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (incorporating Acoustics, Fire and IT Structured Cabling)

Lot 3 - Structural & Civil Consultancy design and associated services

Lot 4 - Cost Consultancy

Lot 5 - Building Surveying Services including Party Wall and Rights to Light

Lot 6 - Building Information Modelling (BIM) services including 3D laser surveys

Bidders may express interest in one, several or all lots.
