Wichelstowe District Centre Urban Design Services

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of urban design services related to mixed use development on parcels of land located east and west of the existing Wilts and Berks canal in the Wichelstowe District Centre.

The services will include the detailed design of two development parcels including the internal layout of buildings and public realm culminating in a reserved matters planning application. Reserved matters applications are to be developed and submitted by January 2024 at the latest.

To participate, Suppliers will need to register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents.

Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 16th June 2023, 4pm UK local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued on the ProContract tender portal.

Tender responses are required to be submitted no later than 22nd June 2023, 4pm UK local time via ProContract tender portal www.supplyingthesouthwest.co.uk

No tender submissions will be considered without completing the tender documents in full including attachments and returning them in alignment with the instructions within the tender documents.
