PRF 1553 - Advertising Boards

Concessions Agreement tendered via the Concessions Regulations 2016 for the installation and management of advertising units around the City of Peterborough.

The appointed concessionaire shall be responsible for selling and manage advertising in approved display units, utilising the latest technology in and around the city, which includes:

• The supply, installation, maintenance, and removal (as necessary) of up to a maximum of 40 approved display units in Peterborough during the initial installation phase of the contract.
• The selling and management of advertising space on the display units.
• Making proposals for additional display units to be supplied, installed, maintained, and removed (as necessary) at new sites throughout the contract period.
• Supplying, installing, maintaining, and removing (as necessary) display units at the request of the authority.
• Relocating and/or removing existing units which are affected by development works (subject to approval by the authority and at the expense of the concessionaire).

This is a concessions contract - the successful concessionaire will be required to pay a guaranteed quarterly payment to the authority, in addition to a percentage of the revenue generated through the sale of advertising space.

Note - the value of this Contract is set as £0 as the Authority expects to incur zero costs during its term. Bidders are recommended to evaluate the potential of the opportunity and come to their own conclusions concerning the potential revenue to be generated via this Contract.
