S34B - Alexander Stadium and Ancillary Facilities

Birmingham City Council wishes to establish a Contract or the provision of an operator for the Alexander Stadium (\"Stadium\") and ancillary facilities to provide best value for the Council and investment into the facility, thus providing a sustainable long term future. The Council will not be providing funds for investment in the Stadium.

The Council is looking for an operator to provide innovative solutions, including but not limited to, to: (i) operateand manage the Stadium (as a minimum); alternatively, (ii) design, build, operate and manage the Stadium; alternatively, (iii) develop the Stadium and there after operate and manage the facilities, as developed, at the Stadium.

BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
