Premium High Street (recognised) café concept from our Westwood Social and Dining building

The University of Warwick is seeking tenders for the grant of a concession to operate a premium High Street (recognised) café concept from our Westwood Social and Dining building. This is an exciting opportunity to operate out of a café located in a prime spot our Westwood campus in close proximity of student residences. The Westwood dining and social building features a large social and café seating space (313m2) which was extensively refurbished by the University in the summer of 2017. The Westwood campus hosts a mix of residential, teaching and professional services departments and the café is the only retail catering outlet on campus and so a defined food offer will be required.

The concession will be for a term of 5 years from the date of contract commencement.
