There is a statutory duty for all local authorities to provide advocacy services and independent visitors for vulnerable children and young people.

We are looking to procure a service that is able to develop, promote and consolidate an active and effective Service for the children and young people of Stockport.

The Children's Rights and Advocacy Service will be available to all Stockport children and young people who have a Social Worker. This will include children and young people subject to a Team around the Child Plan at Tier 3; children and young people subject to a Child Protection Plan, Looked After children, and those young people who have a Pathway Plan.
