The Defence Munitions Commercial team, part of the Weapons Operating Centre in DE&S, (hereafter referred to as 'the Authority') intend to place a Contract for a Supplier to provide upgraded Hydraulic Lifting Capabilities at Defence Munitions (DM) depots in Gosport (Hampshire) and Kineton (Warwickshire).
