The project comprises the construction of 2 Nr one- and-a-half bed apartments with associated parking and amenity space. The scheme is located on Porspoder Place, Cawsand, Torpoint, Cornwall, PL10 1PP. The project has been fully designed and a Bills of Quantities has been produced for the tender documents.
