Provision of Mobile Working Tablets

GreenSquare would like to invite suppliers to tender for the provision of mobile working tablets. GreenSquare's requirement under this Contract is to procure 125 Samsung Galaxy Tab Active2 (8.0', LTE) (SM-T395NZKABTU) devices.

GreenSquare's current devices are reaching the end of their life and need replacing. EE Limited provide the mobile phone and data services for GreenSquare and the new devices must be unlocked to work on this or any other UK network.

Devices currently are issued to trade and other mobile staff, the Tab Active2 is the preferred device because of its ruggedised design, the contract is to supply these devices, substitutions are not being considered for this contract.

GreenSquare is seeking a single supplier that is suitably qualified in providing a large number of devices, preferably to public sector organisations.

The key aims of the contract will be to:

• oDeliver the devices by the deadline.
• oProvide a next day exchange for any faulty devices during the warranty period
• oProvide further devices at the tender price individually or in multiples for 12 months from the initial delivery date.

Bidders will be required to be able to supply devices by noon on the 27th April 2018.
