- oTo provide tailored 1-2-1 or small group employability and work skills that will support the participants to break down the barriers that they may have, allowing them to progress to gaining a training course, apprenticeship or employment. This programme will be available to eligible 16-29 year olds who live in the Black Country and are not engaged in employment, education or training (NEET).
