EICR" compliance Electrical Work at Greenfields Sports Gound, Market Drayton, TF9 3SL

Market Drayton Town Council (Town Council) is seeking tenders from competent contractors:

1. - To upgrade the existing electrical distribution circuits at Greenfields Sport Ground, Market Drayton. TF9 3SL, in order to rectify those issues highlighted in the attached "EICR" document.

2. - On completion of remedial works as instructed, the completion of a new "EICR" for the site, which will become the sites working document.

Greenfields Sports Ground is the home to Market Drayton Football Club, Market Drayton Tigers (junior football), Tennis Club, Rugby Club, and the Men's Shed workshop. Each club have their own facilities which are supplied electricity from the main electrical switch room located between the Market Drayton tigers clubhouse and the Men's Shed workshop. The switch room contains the electricity meters connected to each main distribution cable.

An Initial "Electrical Installation Condition Report" has been completed for each individual main electrical distribution cable which effectively is a supply to each club/facility, this "EICR" forms the basis of this tender.

It should be noted that the "EICR" report provided covers all electrical supply cables and their distributed circuits and hard wired connected equipment throughout the site, with the exception of any electrical junction boxes on any pitch lighting towers above floor level and any electrical lighting equipment at high level. High level reach equipment would be required to access this area.

The Contractor shall be deemed to have satisfied itself before submitting its tender as to the accuracy and sufficiency of the rates and prices stated in the tender which shall (except in so far as is otherwise provided in the Contract) cover all the Contractor's obligations under the Contract and the Contractor shall be deemed to have obtained for itself all necessary information as to risks and any other circumstances which might reasonable influence or affect the Contractor's tender.
