External Redecoration at Astley CofE Primary School, School Lane Astley DY13 0RH

Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of the Head Teacher & Governing Body invite suitable, qualified and experienced Painting & Building Contractors to carry the out the external re-decoration of the school house at Astley CofE School, School Lane, Astley, Stourport-on-Severn Worcestershire DY13 0RH The works will include, but are not limited to, the redecoration of timberwork including gable ends, window frames, ledges, soffit and fascia boards.

The award of contract will be the Most Economic Advantageous Tender received.

It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.

All tender documents must be uploaded to the portal by the due date as late returns will not be accepted.

Prior to the submission of the quotation it will be necessary for the tenderer to visit site, site visits may be made by appointment with the School Office on 01299 822002 and confirmed with the Place Partnership Building Surveyor Mr. Ethan Hicks on 07710 068892.

Tenders and supporting documents shall be in English and any contract subsequently entered in to shall be subject to English Law.

Please note that the Supplier is responsible for obtaining all information necessary for the preparation of the tender submission. All cost, expenses and liabilities incurred by the Supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule shall be borne by the Supplier.

Tenders must remain open for acceptance, unless previously withdrawn for a minimum of 90 days from the date for the return of the Tender.

The contract will be the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016

Contract start date: Monday 22nd July 2019. Contract End Date: Friday 9th August 2019

Place Partnership & Astley CofE School reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
