LCC is seeking tenders from Service Providers wishing to join a Framework Agreement for the provision of specific transport services which includes Special Education Needs (SEN) Mainstream Home To School Taxi Services, Community Transport, and Alternative And Complimentary Education And Residential Services (ACERS) in Lancashire, in accordance with the Draft Service Agreement.
Under this Framework Agreement, contracts for transport will be provided using vehicles of various capacities (minimum 4 passenger seats and upwards and in accordance with current Public Service Vehicle (PSV) Legislation, Private Hire or Hackney Carriage legislation.
