- SCDC is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced contract to undertake grass cutting at the following closed churchyards:
All Saints, West Wickham Road, Horseheath, Cambridgeshire, CB21 4Q
The Parish Church of St Mary the Virgin, 12 Church St, Great Shelford, Cambridge CB22 5EL

| • | We are offering a contract to run for a three year period (2018 to 2021 inclusive) and will award payment upon completion of each cut. |
| • | These three closed churchyards are the maintenance responsibility of South Cambridgeshire District Council (SCDC) and we require them to be cut according to the following terms: |
| • | That 11 cuts shall be undertaken throughout the year at All Saints, Horseheath. This equates to 3 week intervals for the period 1st April to 31st October in each year. |
| • | That 11 cuts shall be undertaken throughout the year at St. Mary and All Saints Church, Willingham. This equates to 3 week intervals from 1st April to 31st October in each year. |
| • | That 11 cuts shall be undertaken throughout the year at The Parish Church of St Mary the Virgin, Great Shelford. This equates to 3 week intervals from 1st April to 31st October in each year. |
| • | That the price of the cuts shall be fixed until the end of 2021. This is a low value contract |
