Invitation to Tender for Roof Replacement Works. The Fieldgate Centre, Kingsclere

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council ('the Council') is seeking to appoint a suitable contractor for roof replacement works at the Fieldgate Centre community centre in Kingsclere, Hampshire. The Fieldgate Centre is of mainly timber framed construction with blockwork to both the internal and external leaves of the property. Above is a timber framed roof overlaid with fibre cement roof panels. The work consists of full replacement of the existing roof covering as per the specification included in the tender documentation.

Additional information: The Council is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to Tenderers and all communications with the Council, including the submission of Tenderers' Responses, will be conducted via the ProContract system, which can be accessed using the following link: http://sebp.due-north.com
