North Lincolnshire Council is seeking quotations for the development of an emotional health and wellbeing website and app for children, young people, their parents/carers and professionals in North Lincolnshire. The council have included a specification which should provide you with sufficient information to allow you to offer a quotation for the design of the client's new website and app. If you are interested, please ensure your offer reaches us by 12 noon on Friday 1st July 2016.
