Free to use public outdoor town centre WiFi - Hartlepool Borough Council

THIS NOTICE RELATES TO AN EARLY ENGAGEMENT PROCESS ONLY - IT IS NOT PART OF NOR DOES IT CONSTITUTE THE COMMENCEMENT OF A PROCUREMENT PROCESS

In order to understand the opportunities available in the marketplace, Hartlepool Borough Council (The Authority) invites potential suppliers to express an interest and submit their outline proposals to provide a free outdoor public town centre WiFi service for the residents of Hartlepool Borough.

We wish to obtain feedback on the possibility of a WiFi concession contract.

The Authority wishes to ultimately commission a company to work in partnership with to provide connectivity in Hartlepool town centre via a free public outdoor WiFi network and possibly an associated Hartlepool orientated Application scheme.

We require questions to be submitted in writing so that we can ensure relevant information is shared in accordance with the process described in the briefing document.
