To provide the grounds maintenance and landscape services to a group of primary schools in the Bromley borough.
The specification includes:
- a.Management and maintenance of all grassed areas
- b.Management and maintenance of all hedges
- c.Management and maintenance of all shrub beds
- d.Management and maintenance of hard landscape areas
- e.Planting, reinstatement and establishment of hedges, beds
- f.Removal and clearance of all relevant rubbish and leaves
- g.Sports pitch, field and court maintenance, marking and upkeep
- h.Maintenance and management of young trees and beds
- i.Resolution of issues identified in external tree survey
