FIT OUT WORKS FOR DEMONSTRATION SPACE AT THE URBAN INNOVATION CENTRE

The construction site is the Urban Innovation Centre, One Sekforde Street.

The property is fully occupied by the Catapult and its subtenants and will be in occupation during the construction period. Adjacent the property to one side is residential properties.

A concept design has been completed and is provided with this tender.

The "Urban Visualisation Suite" will be a centre of technological innovation, a facilitation space for those who plan, build, operate or teach about our cities and city services.

The area will encompass:

• o360 Lab - Shared immersion projection sphere with VR, AR and MR. o Holo-Turret - Facilitating granular AR and VR experiences with object and spatial tracking powered by a central standing table height console.
• oVR station - Individual seated VR through a coffee table height bespoke console o Collaboration room - A space for the development, review and presentation of UVS material
• oComms room - Comms/IT for 360 Lab, close proximity, accessed via 2 no. Doors
• oCleaner cupboard - Replaces existing cupboard.
