The scope of the service being commissioned will include care and support services, housing related support as well as housing management. The accommodation is a purpose-built building, situated in the London Borough of Wandsworth and provided for adults with a Learning Disability with a range of needs. The landlord for this scheme is the Council. The Provider, therefore, will be required to enter into a Housing Management Agreement with the Council.
