To provide sufficient fuel for the recently installed generator at The Princess Alexandra Hospital Harlow, the Trust requires its current fuel storage facility ratifying as they have deteriorated and are letting in water. The fuel tanks will need to be replaced with new compliant Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST's).
