Tender For The Provisioning Of A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Bedding Plants And Plugs

Subject to receiving a suitable number of responses from suitably qualified economic operators, Southend-on-Sea City Council wish to implement a multi-provider framework agreement for the supply of Bedding Plants and Plugs (The Framework Agreement).

The Framework Agreement is to offer the Council the opportunity to place Call-Off Contracts for the compliant procurement of the required goods and related services . Any Provider registered to the Framework Agreement will be offered the opportunity to take part in any process which is run in the letting of those Call-Off Contracts, subject to the requirements of the Framework Agreement being met.

The deadline for receipt of clarification requests relating to the Tender Documents is: 14:00 Thursday 10th November 2022

The deadline for submission of completed Tender Responses is: 14:00 Tuesday 22nd November 2022.

The Minimum Level Requirements are covered in detail in the Documents provided. This includes, but is not limited to, detail on scoring achieved, ability, financial standing, adherence to the relevant British Standard (or equivalent) and insurance. The elements which are either "scored", or "pass / fail" are fully explained within the documentation provided as part of the procurement.

All organisations are advised that being listed as part of the concluded Framework Agreement does not guarantee any minimum level of work.
