Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to under take fire safety works at Tregaer Flats and replace any required kitchens and bathrooms.
Please see the attached documents for the full scope of works.
The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
