Manchester City Council (MCC) seeks a Social Enterprise Company (SEC) that has a track record in creating, stimulating, and developing events within the creative and digital sector, and is an employer that can demonstrate they have recruited, trained and up-skilled their employees. The SEC will provide staff for a variety of functions which will be detailed within the specification on behalf of NewCo/MCC at the following sites: · The Sharp Project, · The Space Project & · One Central Park
