Soft Market Testing - Programme for Sustainable leadership, curriculum and teaching in Liverpool

Liverpool City Council and School Improvement Liverpool are seeking a provider to create and deliver a 3 year development programme across all Secondary, Special and Primary schools in the City.

The programme will contribute towards the achievement of the Liverpool Education Improvement Plan priority 4, Ensure that Liverpool recruits, develops, supports, and retains the best teachers and leaders.

Liverpool City Council and School Improvement Liverpool wish to understand the capability and capacity in the market currently to deliver this programme and to help inform the procurement strategy.
