EBC LH CMI Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring training - AWARD

Elmbridge Borough Council is seeking to provide CMI Level 5 Award in coaching and mentoring for a maximum of 12 people. This provision may be requested several times or not again through the life of the contract depending on the Council's business needs.

The provider must be able to deliver this programme onsite at Elmbridge Borough Council in Esher (Civic Centre, High Street, KT10 9SD). The Trainer is required to provide all supporting materials for the course and provide appropriate/varied delegate support to maximise the chances of delegates successfully achieving the qualification.

The training must include 40 guided learning hours onsite. The course will be aimed at those who aspire to develop their management coaching and mentoring skills. Shortlisted bidders to the presentation stage will ensure the individual presenting is the proposed trainer. The proposed date for presentations will be Thursday 16 November (this will be confirmed by the Council).

We are awarding the contract for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for an additional 2 years at the council's sole discretion. Demand for the CMI Level 5 Award in coaching and mentoring may decrease or increase during the contract term or the Council's circumstances may change. The Council does not guarantee any volume of business to the successful supplier.
