Camden and Islington Councils invite suitable expressions of interest from suppliers for the provision of the following as part of the Council's joint Adult Healthy Lifestyles Services. This contract has been advertised previously as 1415-189 Camden and Islington Healthy Lifestyles programme (2015/S 105-191279). This contract is in three Lots - outcomes for each Lot are defined within the service specification. LOT 1 - NHS Health Checks and Community OutreachLOT 2 - Integrated Adult Weight Management and Exercise on ReferralLOT 3 - Community Stop Smoking Cessation Service Providers can apply for one, two or all of the Lots.
