The Project Representative ( P-Rep) will provide technical advice, scrutiny and assurance to the Crossrail Joint Sponsors - Department for Transport and Transport for London- through the Head of the Joint Sponsor Team, on all aspects of the delivery of Crossrail.
The P-Rep has demonstrated they're ability to identify key areas of challenge to the timely delivery of Crossrail and set out clear recommendations for action to allow the Sponsors to effectively engage with Crossrail Limited (CRL).
The P-Rep is required to provide a dedicated Core Team and make available the technical experts required. The Sponsors expect that the P-Rep will have the breadth and depth of capabilities to cover any aspect of the Crossrail Project at all times.
The Contract for services for the Crossrail Project Representative's shall include, without limitation: advising and raising appropriate points of challenge to the Sponsors on any increase in the risk of triggering the Intervention Points providing independent, informed advice and recommendations to the Sponsors on progress of the Crossrail Project in respect of time, costs and quality providing the Sponsors with oversight and analysis of changes in scope, including any Change monitoring CRL's compliance relating to Undertaking & Assurances, reviewing CRL reporting output and carrying out additional audits or reviews to satisfy the Sponsors of the adequacy and completeness of the same; and advising the Sponsors with regard to the capability and resources deployed by CRL.
