RFI (Request for Information) for a National Oversight Hub for the Knowledge and Understanding Framework (KUF)

Health Education England (the Commissioner) is working in partnership with NHS England and Improvement and the Joint HM Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) /NHS Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Programme to commission a national hub to: oversee; develop and; quality assure the delivery of the Knowledge and Understanding Framework (KUF) training. The KUF is a national training framework designed to improve competence and confidence of all staff working with people with complex emotional needs associated with a diagnosis of 'personality disorder'.

All communications should be made via the messaging function on the ProContract E-Tendering portal. The closing date of this RFI is 12 noon on Monday 24th August 2020.

The commissioner reserves the right not to proceed with the Procurement, or any part thereof, or change the requirements as necessary at any time. It is the intention of the commissioner that the procurement will be conducted as on OJEU Service Contract using an Open Procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

The ITT is expected to be published of mid September 2020. A separate advert will be released advising of this.
