Construction Works Framework (CWF) will be made up of a number of different contractors from different specialist areas who will work together to deliver network improvement and maintenance schemes within Highways England Area 7 (East Midlands).

The CWF will have fourteen Lots which will represent each of the specialist areas required to successfully deliver the works. The specialist areas are: Lot 1: Specialist Surface Treatments, Lot 2: Corrosion Protection,Lot 3: Road Lighting and Electrical works, Lot 4: Fencing & environmental barriers, Lot 5: General Civil Engineering, Lot 6: Structures Waterproofing and Expansion Joints, Lot 7: Landscape and Ecology, Lot 8: Road Markings, Lot 9: Pavement, Lot 10: Road restraint systems (vehicle and pedestrian), Lot 11: Structural concrete repairs, Lot 12: Technology, Lot 13: Temporary Traffic Management and Lot 14:Specialist Drainage.
