The Home Learning Environment is key to children being enabled as confident and lifelong learners
In addition to this settings in the private voluntary and independent sector play a vital role in promoting the home learning environment and improving young childrens communication language and literacy skills The Council wishes to purchase an app to enable parental confidence in preparing their children under five for the next stage of their learning and to support Early Years Practitioners in having vital conversations with parents
