Medway Council requires a Rough Sleeping Navigator Service to provide intensive support for people who are rough sleeping with complex needs, advocating & enabling them to access appropriate services, including housing. The role will work in multi-agency settings in Medway, working in partnership with existing structures, local networks and developing collective good practice.
