Refurbishment of 1 and 3 Faringdon Road, Swindon

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the refurbishment of 1 and 3 Faringdon Road, Swindon.

A development that sees existing commercial premises converted to 8 residential units on the upper floors and part ground floor with a retained commercial area on the ground floor frontage.

The contract will be initially for a period of 20 weeks commencing 14th August 2017. Full details relating to the works are provided in the tender documents.

This is a restricted tender where bidder are required to pre-qualify to tender by completing and submitting the Selection Questionnaire by 1200hrs, UK Local Time 23/05/2017.

Swindon Borough Council will evaluate the Selection Questionnaire and shortlist 5 suitably qualified bidders who will be invited to tender for the refurbishment of 1 and 3 Faringdon Road, Swindon.

A draft ITT, which may be subject to minor changes, will be issued with the Selection Questionnaire for information about the works only, you are not required to complete the ITT at this stage. The formal ITT will be issued to the short listed suitably qualified bidders.
