NUN - Mobile Home Supply Concession Contract - AWARD

Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council has recently completed groundworks to extend their Mobile Home Park on Bradestone Road, Nuneaton. This concession contract is for the supply and sale (inclusive of all marketing, sales and property transfer services) of mobile homes to this site. There is a mix of new and existing plots that will be made available, an estimated total of 14-20 plots over the lifetime of the contract.

Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council are now seeking a partnering supplier to lead and assist in the advertisement, sales, legalities, construction and siting of mobile homes to the site. This will be based on a concession fee to be calculated as a percentage share of the gross sale proceeds of a mobile home being payable by the supplier to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council.

The Contract period is for an initial 2 years with an optional extension period for a further 12 months solely at the Council's discretion, and will be dependent on the successful bidder's performance and the demand of sales.
