Cheltenham is known as "A Town within a Park" and places particular emphasis on the hanging basket and bedding displays of exceptional quality.
The Authority, through it's own maintenance company Ubico Limited, requires the submission of Tenders for the production, supply, and delivery of Summer and Spring bedding plants for the next 2 years (2024 and 2025) with the option to extend for a further year.
