Medway Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable contractor for the provision of Combined Heat & Power for Strood & Medway Park Leisure Centres and invites Suppliers to submit a tender to meet the Council's requirements. The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 1st September 2016 and will continue for a period of 15 years until 31st August 2031 with a no provision to extend unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract.
