The Installation of an LED Communal Lighting System at Skeffington Court & Rabbs Mill House

The London Borough of Hillingdon intends to replace the existing Communal Lighting system at Skeffington Court, Silverdale Road, Hayes, UB3 3BY and Rabbs Mill House, Chiltern View Road, Uxbridge, UB8 2PB The blocks comprises of 75 dwellings at Skeffington Court spread across fourteen floors and 79 dwellings spread across fourteen floors at Rabbs Mill House.. Hillingdon requires the Commulite lighting system or equal and equivalent product (to be approved by Hillingdon's representative) is to be installed within these buildings.

The new Communal Lighting System works will broadly comprise of the installation of 310 LED (Light Emitting Diode) luminaries supplied from 8 Control Panels with 8 local test positions.

It includes; but not limited to the design, supply, and installation, commissioning and hand-over of a complete Communal Lighting System with integrated emergency lighting. It includes the provision of O&M Manuals and training to Hillingdon Housing Service (HHS) representative in charge of the block
