SPS 2279 - Joint Venture Between Royal Borough of Greenwich and a Commercial Partner for the Delivery of Fibre to the Premises Infrastructure throughout Royal Greenwich

In furtherance of its "Greenwich Digital Connectivity Strategy" , the Council wishes to establish a joint venture (JV) with a commercial partner (JV Partner) to deliver fibre to the premises (FttP) infrastructure initially in the Woolwich area (Phase 1) and with the potential and objective, but only at the Council's absolute discretion and option, ultimately to extend the JV to cover roll-out of FttP throughout the Royal Borough of Greenwich (the Borough).
