Metropolitan require the provision of services to reduce youth related Anti-Social Behaviour. The selection supplier will provide targeted outreach
carried out by experienced youth workers and mentors on key sites that have been identified as ASB hotspots in order to engage with the individuals causing issues and effectively signpost them to and promote the local services.
Particular coaching and deconstruction of criminal activity techniques will need to be employed allowing individuals to assess situations properly and not be clouded by negative peer/ societal pressure.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
