The Authority is issuing this Invitation to Tender ("ITT") in connection with the Procurement described in the advertisement placed in the Official Journal of the European Union with reference number 2019/S 135-332421.
The Procurement is being run under the open procedure, which is a formal bidding procedure, under which the contract is advertised and all interested organisations/consortium can bid. This ITT provides further details of the proposal and process for submitting Bids.
This procurement is for the provision of early intervention and prevention services to enable people to be effectively and efficiently discharged from hospital and positively impact DTOCs as well as Admissions Avoidance initiatives and to respond to demand peaks in the health and care system, e.g. winter pressures.
