Lambeth Council in partnership with the Brixton Sports and Social Club hereby invite proposals from suitably qualified service consultants to undertake a Feasibility Study for the Brixton Sports and Social Club, 297-299 Coldharbour Lane, London SW4 8RP.
The feasibility study will need to set a bold vision for the future that will help realise the potential of the site and generate revenue to support its long term sustainability
Core deliverables will include:
| • | Consultation with the users of the building, local communities and stakeholders |
| • | An assessment of the options in relation to their ability to support delivery of a sustainable and economically viable usage of space |
| • | A needs analysis to ascertain the level of demand and potential usage of space |
| • | Market testing where appropriate in relation to the proposed options |
| • | Liaising with Lambeth Planning and review planning/policy sources to assess the feasibility of the identified options. This is important given the listed status of the building and its location with the Loughborough Park Conservation Area |
| • | Identification of any risks associated with the delivery of the project |
