The proposal seeks to replace / refurbish the existing schools felt roofs with a new single ply membrane roof by ICB Ltd, including new insulation, flashings, trims, drainage, replacement roof lights, and associated works.
The works need to be carried out during the School Summer Holiday, between the 21st July – 2nd September 2016, subject to agreeing a programme of works with the schools.
