Hertfordshire Growth Hub's Get Growing 2 Project is a project funded by the European Regional Development Fund, that provides targeted support to non-micro SMEs in the LEP region of Hertfordshire. The project aims to the support an increase in SMEs growth capabilities and has 3 core objectives:

• oTo seek out, target, identify and engage non-micro SMEs with the potential to create wealth & jobs for the Hertfordshire economy but which are currently insufficiently growth oriented.
• oTo provide participant SMEs with an integrated programme of business support through a team of Growth Account Managers and the Hertfordshire Business Support Ecosystem, backed by individual SME Growth Plans, to refocus them onto growth and realise their potential as creators of wealth, innovation & jobs
• oTo complement, streamline, promote and add value to the services of the Hertfordshire Growth Hub, and the County's wider business support ecosystem.

Exemplas Limited, part of the University of Hertfordshire Group, and the contractor responsible for delivery of the Hertfordshire Growth Hub and Get Growing 2 contracts, is now seeking Tenders from suitable qualified individuals and organisations to undertake the Evaluation & Summative Assessment of the Get Growing 2 contract, in line with ERDF Summative Assessment Logic Model (ESIF-GN-3-002) Guidance.
