17/026 - Measured Building Surveys

The University of Portsmouth (UoP) has 95 buildings built since 1900 to present. Over the years, many changes in the building layouts have taken place as these buildings are modified to best suit our needs. With these multiple changes, there are gaps in the accuracy of the layout drawings for some buildings. This tender is for a fixed quote from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide up-to-date laser-scanned fully measured accurate plans and 3D models of selected buildings in the University of Portsmouth.

The full measured building survey will be carried out in accordance with current building regulations and standards and the measured building survey briefing document in Appendix 2, to provide accurate measurements of the buildings.

Survey companies are invited to inspect buildings to be surveyed and note any potential constraints prior to submitting a tender. Accompanied tours of a selection of the buildings will take place from 27th Monday - 29th Wednesday March 2017. Please note that certain parts of the buildings will be in use.

Please complete all documents attached. Please complete both the ITT documents and the Section1 documents. All supplier`s Questionnaires will be scored and the top (approximately 6) suppliers will then have their tender documents scored. This is being run as one stage, but with two parts.
