Production of You Tube style Customer Service Videos for CBC Housing

Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking tenders from suitably experienced suppliers with the technical ability to produce up to twenty 2-3 minute videos on a range of social housing related topics. The videos will use a range of styles including graphics, infographics, indoor and outdoor filming and interviews. The final product should be capable of viewing on mobile devices, laptops, desktops and a large presentation screen.

It is intended that the Contract is awarded for the period April 2017- March 2019 and that a single contractor will be selected.

Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you though the Tender process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all firms quoting, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. If there is anything you are not sure of or need clarification of, then please contact us using the correspondence facility within the In-tend system.

Deadline for Expressions of Interest and availability of downloading documents is Wednesday 15th February 2017.

Completed tenders and attachments should be submitted electronically, by the due date via out 'In-Tend' electronic tendering system. Tenders must be uploaded via the 'My Return' section of the system. Tenders submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered.

Your tender must be submitted via the 'In-Tend' system no later than Noon on Monday 20th February 2017.
