The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) is looking for a supplier to develop a coherent strategy and set of policies to encourage industrial symbiosis. The outputs of this work will guide policy teams towards the most effective interventions to encourage industrial symbiosis, including managing any risks.
